How to reduce stress and pressure

My current job has a lot of work, and it's a job where failure is not allowed, and I'm doing it alone, so I can't quit. I know it's better to keep going for a long time, but that's the limit. How can I reduce stress and pressure?

Bring peace of mind and comfort to your home. Talk to your seniors and boss before you break your mind and body

Is this a current situation that can be solved by relieving stress? It is said that it is already the limit. Why don't you talk to your boss or consider changing jobs?

Failure is not allowed, and the fact that you have to take responsibility alone is a source of pressure, isn't it? It is said that the amount of work is also high.

Why don't your seniors teach you how to improve your skills so that this leads to a sense of responsibility and confidence? Maybe there is a procedure to handle the amount of work.
Also, let them create peace of mind and comfort in the home. Doing so may lead to motivation for work.

So that I can make decisions before I break my mind and body. Please talk to your seniors and superiors.

It's tide time, isn't it? Shall I hand over the lead?

Thank you for your consultation.

I also read the questions so far.
It's tide time.

It's a harsh way of saying it, but what is SM offering in exchange for the position and income you enjoy at your current job?
Aren't your jobs stealing your soul??
While saying it's the limit...
Are you really aware that wild boars are screaming??

“It's good to keep going for a long time”
As you said in your question,
Isn't SM's state at the stage where you let go of your obsession at work??

Go to psychosomatic medicine, get a medical certificate necessary for a leave of absence, apply for Injury and Sickness Allowance,
I recommend that you take a look at yourself from outside of work and think about the future.

Are there any problems with the company's management system?
Do you have the feeling that you are being protected by the company, just like the Buddha protects you?
In the same way that SM feels that failure is unforgivable, do you think company executives also have value in SM's work?

I've worked hard enough so far.
If it were a place where the company could receive energy, it wouldn't be like this, would it?
I think it would be good if you make a decision by understanding that the company is a place to do your own work.

Please take care of yourself.

I read it.
You've already reached your limit because of the amount of work you're doing right now and you're under a lot of stress and pressure. You're probably wondering how to reduce stress and pressure. I don't know the details of you or your work situation, but I can tell you that you are having a very difficult time. I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
Isn't that the limit for doing the job you're currently working on alone? Looking back at the past and the future, I think that you are doing it alone is putting so much stress and pressure on you.
Why don't you talk about that and your thoughts to the company's HR department, or clearly tell the manager of the department you belong to. Then, ask for action to improve as soon as possible.
Let's reduce the burden on your mind and body by sharing work and responsibilities with many people that you have alone.
You're still working with a lot of people, and you're living while helping and supporting a lot of people.
I sincerely pray that you can continue to cooperate and support with many people and work with peace of mind, and that you will be able to share your happiness and live a life with all of you from the bottom of your heart.
And I wholeheartedly support you. We wholeheartedly agree

Keep doing what's necessary

My current workplace also has a lot of work, and I work overtime for close to 6 hours every day.
Even so, while the number of jobs is increasing, there are times when I think I'm at my limit.
By imposing such an unreasonable amount of work, I sometimes get delusional about sprinkling kerosene on the workplace and burning everything.
In such a case, for now, I try to think that I have no choice but to continue doing the work that is absolutely necessary.
Anyway, some kind of work is progressing nonstop, so I can't work any harder.
If that's the case, it means that no matter who does it anymore, it can't do any more work, which in a sense leads to a sense of security.
Doing the work in front of you that is absolutely necessary or must be done becomes a mental break.
After that, worst of all, even if the work in front of you fails, it doesn't mean the Earth will perish, and it will open up again.
When you're busy with work, it's easy to feel like your workplace is everything in the world, but if you think about it carefully, it's not related to the survival or death of humanity, and worst of all, isn't it fine if humans perish?
You are the protagonist of your life.
It's a life where you can only do what you can do anyway.
If you do what you can to the extent you can, you will pass the exam.

Incidentally, I call “doing absolutely necessary work for the time being” “throw in.”
When you're tired of shooting a pistol, hit the bullet and take a break. If you put in bullets, you can shoot right away the next time you shoot, so it won't be a useless task.
