I've done something irreparable.
It's an unavoidable story, but I was in middle school, and we all went to the arcade by bicycle after school, but since I didn't have a bicycle, I borrowed one from my friend's parent. Then, when I was about to go home after playing, the other kid said, “We're still playing, so ride your bike first and go home,” so I got a bicycle key and decided to go to that kid's house first. After returning the bicycle, I was planning to go straight back to my house, but I didn't know how to open the bicycle key, so I went back to that kid again to ask how to open it. However, I don't know why it was harassment or something, but they hid in an arcade, and when they found me, they ran away somewhere. I tried to give up, but my keys were left. I don't want to take other people's things home as much as possible, so I said I'd leave my keys on this bench, so come get them, and tried to go home. Then, at that time, those kids came and asked, “Where did you put the key,” and when I tried to go back home, they said, “I ran away and couldn't hand it over there,” and when I tried to go back, they said they didn't have a key, so when I went to the bench there, it was really gone. No matter how much I looked for it, I reported the lost item at the service counter so that they could call me if I found it. The kid who just got lost was just angry, and I was frustrated too, so we ended up arguing. In the end, they both apologized, and I was the only one who went home first, but my bicycle wouldn't work without a key, so I'm sorry that I did something I couldn't do. I can't help but be afraid if my partner's parents charge me a large amount of money, or if my parents find out about this, and I won't be able to go out to play. How can I get forgiveness from the other person?
