I changed jobs, got sick, and worried about the future
Even though it's only been a few months since I changed jobs, my mental and physical condition is getting worse, absenteeism has increased, and it's very stressful and painful to be in a situation where I have to decide whether to continue or retire.
I've managed to live my life with the help of my family, but I'm impatient that my work isn't going as well as I'd like to even though I want to cherish her.
My boss is getting colder and colder, and absenteeism at work is increasing, causing trouble, my mind and body don't keep up, and I feel helpless.
The number of times I talk to my family and to my girlfriend about things like I'm tired has increased. I don't want to drag the mood away. My boss tells me that I'm a little bit spoiled, and even though I think that's true, it hurts my heart somewhat, and it makes me think it's hard.
My mind was more stable when my job was stable, and since I haven't lost my mind up to this point, I don't know if it's my lack of effort or indulgence.
I think the current work environment is well-structured and comfortable to work in. It takes 2 hours or more to commute, and since it's a busy site, I need to catch up on my own, and the days of being talked about so hard continue, and I get tired. I managed to do the work itself, and although I received a certain amount of evaluation, I felt that it might be difficult to continue.
There are times when I don't feel well on my days off, and I can't fully enjoy it even when I go out.
Job change activities were also quite difficult, but it soon became like this, and now I can't think about what to do in the future. The company also told me that I should take a break and think about the future.
I am aware that they are being spoiled, but I would be happy if you could give me advice that will make you feel better.
I've always looked at this site and relied on it during hard times, and it helped me. Case by case, the monk is polite and I know it will be very difficult. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you. Thank you very much.
