Why are people who have done bad things more appreciated

At a small company, the fact that I received moral harassment from one person and continued to be denied was not understood by anyone in the company, and as that situation continued, I couldn't control it and my tone only got stronger.
I look good on people who are superior to me, so I've become an angry and troublesome person from the perspective of those around me.

And at the end, people who harass themselves were evaluated, and they did what they wanted to do. My suggestions were basically passed through or rejected, and only the skills I had were unilaterally consumed.

What I proposed and acted for the company was unnecessary for this company from the beginning, and while setting an educational philosophy, the stance that I could do anything when it became money made me suffer even more.

It hurts my heart.
I want to overcome this unreasonableness.

The destination of the ego gathering is the ego, so the Buddhism gathering is respected

Thank you for your hard work.
The darkness of society where I think this industry is over, they haven't done it, seriously... Anyone who has seen the darkness of man would think so. That's healthy.

That unreasonable max self, too much ego, too self-preservation, and too disgusting as a human being.
Even if this is the victim's position, there is also a demon world in the human world where victims are not recognized by tacit understanding, and rather treated like common sense in society.
From there on, it's a zone where you can't live unless you're a person hardened by a very nasty ego.
I do what I want to do without maintaining overall harmony and harmony.
Then, it floats. It poisons you. Both the person himself and his surroundings are poisoned.
Radical activists and actions for better or worse. The person who does it. Why don't you go that far with social media? The same goes for people who say that. Everyone is based on ego. If you go too far, it's no different from the mentality of injustice or crime. The act of being selfish and not thinking about the other person. Crossing an egoistic line you shouldn't surpass as a human being.
Humans weren't taught by anyone else, but there is an egoistic line that must not be crossed. Moreover, I know it properly myself. It's strange, isn't it?
If you go beyond that, of course, you'll feel guilty, embarrassed, and aware that you've done something strange yourself. People who are good liars also kill their inner mentality with their ego, and if they are right, aggression is directed against others, so it's better not to approach them.

A company probably depends on that company for better or worse, but the essence of a company is not a building, but a human being. There are times when people who are easy to handle, people who get through across a line that must not be surpassed for the sake of profit, and people who break through are lifted up in a bad sense. Liars and cunning guys with high levels of crime survive in slums.
Therefore, places where dark people gather are almost almost no different from slums, so I think their career advancement position there is something worthy of being called an evaluation.
Even in the world of police, political, medical, and monks, egoistic people don't abandon their egos, so there are people who get through with their ego rather than their duties. I've also seen a number of egotistical demons in the industry. It's a human thing.
The true nature of that demon world is human egoism.
First, calm down and say, “That's just ego, isn't it?” Please proudly see through it, and protect your standing position where you are not poisoned by it.
Respecting Buddhist monks is a path steeped in ego.

It's about letting go of obsessions swayed by imperfect evaluations from others

Thank you very much for your consultation. My heart aches when I think about how much pain I have had and how much pain I have endured in isolation and helplessness. The appearance of you sincerely thinking about the company and doing your best is definitely not for nothing.

Buddhism explains that “the world is impermanent and imperfect.” A company is also nothing more than a bunch of lost and imperfect people. The “evaluations” given by those imperfect people are also not a mirror that accurately reflects you. There is absolutely no need to measure your own precious value using a biased yardstick where those who humiliate people are evaluated.

When the mind is caught up in the unreasonableness of “why evil is evaluated,” the wounds are cut even deeper. The first step in freeing yourself from this suffering is to let go of obsessions swayed by imperfect evaluations from others.

Also, please give top priority to protecting your own mind and body. Rather than trying to forcibly clean up a muddy environment, moving away from it (changing jobs) is a great “wisdom” to protect yourself, and it's definitely not an escape. Have the courage to give up before your heart is completely broken.

I sincerely hope that you will regain your healthy mind and walk a peaceful path.

Self-determination and otherness - perseverance, love - human nature... Buddha's thoughts.

Every day, I worry a lot, think it's “good,” and make suggestions and opinions... as a result, “I've become an angry, troublesome person”... it's painful... (tears).
“The stance that you can do anything when it comes to money”... this is the modern trend called (greedy) money capitalism. So, I think it's a world where “serious & honest people” like you see idiots... 😢. As a matter of fact, the number of people who have become poor or have a difficult life is increasing, and the number of single mothers seeking help from children's cafeterias is rapidly increasing.
By the way, Buddha ❝ was “seen through” that every human being is born with an egocentric idea of “self-centered (self-centered) -gashu (gashu) /ga-ai (ai) --” in other words, self-righteous (something that thinks oneself is right and others are wrong) ❞. Then, I called it ❝ affliction (suffering) ❞, and I realized that it was the root cause of my suffering and turbulence in the world.
So, in order to overcome them, they said they should strive for ❝ altruism (ritagyo) - actions to be compassionate, kind, and help others - ❞, and they practiced it while going around various places from age 39 until age 80 when they died.
So, the Buddha understood your “heartbreak is painful.”
So, “I want to overcome this unreasonableness”... “It may be painful and painful, but “persevere” ❝ do altruism ❞!” I hope so. As a matter of fact, it's very difficult, but if you keep ❝ altruism ❞ in mind and go through your life, you will always be able to “get along (happy)”! That is the Buddha's “teaching”... 💛. Gassho Nanban Shakamuni Buddha
Little student's advice!? As a matter of fact, I can only say this, but I made a comment believing that you will be able to recover from the kit and walk through the life of ❝ altruism ❞. Gassho Nanban Amida Buddha

Let's have a thorough consultation and seek improvements

I read it.
I see... something like that happened. It will be very shocking to you, and I don't think you'll be convinced. I don't know the details about you or the people around you, but I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
Maybe people like that are good at passing things around. There are people like that. Maybe one way of life is to be evaluated by doing what you want to do in this way. In a sense, there may also be places you should refer to. It's probably because they don't run into others in a mischievous way, and they're probably making it easier for them to do what they want to do and raise their ratings.
But I don't know if that's a good way to live. People who commit moral harassment are still doing misdeeds, so they will naturally be rewarded for it.
You should firmly appeal against such moral harassment and seek apologies and improvements. Not everything will pass, but let's seek a sincere response to what you have received.
If no improvements are required, I think it's okay to quit that company if you don't want to stay in the company. You don't have to keep being harassed by having a hard time and putting up with it. Be sure to clearly communicate your wishes. Also, consult with an external consultation desk to receive advice and support.
I sincerely pray that you can work with peace of mind without being harassed in this way, and that you can live a fulfilling everyday life while respecting and helping each other. And I will support you from the bottom of my heart.

Let's be proud that we cherished our ambition until the end. Well done

I also read my profile. It's not frustrating to wonder if what you believed in and built together will be unilaterally destroyed.

I'm also distrustful of the situation where my dignity is hurt by receiving moral harassment and continuing to be denied, and no one in the company is understood.

The reason you've lost control is probably because you've been driven. The reason my tone got stronger was because there was something I wanted to say. It was also something you worked so hard on alone, wasn't it?

Even so, other opinions prevail over your suggestions. I wanted to at least be in the same place, get opinions discussed, and be convinced. It became an indescribable relationship with friends we were building together. Maybe they were directed that way.

It's frustrating, isn't it? If only your skills were exploited, it wouldn't be this empty, right?

I believed it. I wanted to be recognized. We wanted to work hard together.
But the company didn't need it... it's so frustrating that it was cut off and I can't forgive it.

What you aim for. Things I want to do. And reliable relationships.
You must have noticed that. It's painful to be hurt in this way, but I've been defending myself while fighting up to this point. I didn't give in to the stance that I could do anything when it came to money. If what you want to do is different, be proud that you cherished your ambition until the end.

I think I did a good job. Only you can make use of the skills you have acquired. Let's take this opportunity to carefully determine the direction of our lives. I'm rooting for you.
