I was told that my father didn't attain Buddhism
The other day, I was examined by a Chinese medicine doctor due to an unwell condition.
Then, I was told that you possessed something, and when I told them that my father had passed away three months ago, I was told that my father was obsessed with you and wouldn't leave.
Then, the Chinese medicine doctor said that although he can usually exorcise him, his father is so attached that he won't leave.
When I said that I had completed my father's funeral and ossuary, I was told that there were monks who couldn't attain Buddhahood, and that my father hadn't attained Buddhism.
I don't understand or feel spiritual things, but I don't think there are no spirits at all. However, I can usually listen to this kind of thing even when I hear that my father is obsessed with me and possesses me even now because he was sexually abused when I was a child, so I believed him.
That Chinese medicine doctor encouraged me to read something like sutras written by modern people, and said he would look up how to attain Buddhism and contact them. Then, I was told that my dad would follow me for the rest of my life.
After being abused by my father, I lived my life holding myself back as if nothing had happened to my father in order not to destroy my family. It was painful.
Also, we held a proper memorial service this time.
Even so, being told this kind of thing seems to break my heart, I remember the abuse, and my father seems to go crazy because he can't get it out of my head.
The next day, when I e-mailed the Chinese medicine doctor that I had become mentally unstable, I received a reply that I shouldn't have said that I haven't attained Buddhism as a doctor, that I wanted them to flush that it was a stupid doctor's nonsense, and that if it's hard, I should go to a psychiatrist.
However, it would be a problem if I really possessed it, so I can't ignore it, and I'm angry that Chinese medicine doctors are irresponsible.
If my father hasn't attained Buddhism, I want to be able to attain Buddhism, but I feel it's rude to talk to the temple where the ashes are buried, and I'm worried that if I'm in such a state, I'm worried that I'll run over by a suspicious psychic, be charged a high price, or make me buy things, so I don't know what to do.
I don't go to the Chinese medicine doctor anymore.
It's a world I can't see or feel, so I'm in trouble because I don't know what to do.
Could you really tell me how to calm my mind?
Incidentally, I am grateful to my father for food, clothing, and shelter, but I also have good memories. But abuse is heartbreaking. If the memorial service isn't enough, a memorial service will be held. And I want to live peacefully with my kids and husband as before.
