I can't feel safe talking to my husband
I'm worried about my relationship with my husband.
Before I got married, I thought she was a kind and safe person, but little by little after I became pregnant, my feelings of “not being safe” increased.
For example, even if I say “I didn't like it” or “I was sad,” people sometimes say “I didn't mean that.” I don't want to blame them; I just want people to accept the feeling “I felt that way” and “I'm sorry for making you feel bad,” but that doesn't come through.
Maybe it's just that I haven't been able to express it well, even if it's being conveyed, but it will hurt no matter what.
The other day, she told her that she was hurt by her husband's actions and said, “I'm thankful that they came up with specific plans, but I feel lonely. When I said, “I want you to snuggle up,” they said, “We can't discuss it because the conversation takes a leap forward.” “You have high demands. I was told that “I'm a kind person compared to other men, so it's difficult to go out with other people” and “they quickly make me a bad person.” Since then, I've been afraid to talk about my feelings.
Recently, I've become nervous about my husband's sighs and expressions, and I don't feel safe being with him. Did I do something when I was in a bad mood? my fault? It immediately makes me think about it.
I was originally on medication for my anxiety disorder. However, I stopped due to pregnancy. The symptoms may be coming up again.
I've returned to work, and the people at work are nice people, so I'm really blessed.
I thought that working would relieve the stress of housework, but that didn't happen...
I've heard that there are many men who don't like snuggling up. But it makes me look forward to it.
I thought I wasn't suited to getting married because I was a troublesome woman who expected too much.
I don't think everything is wrong with my husband. I have to understand and accept any husband I have. It's hard not being able to do that.
I would like to know if there are any points where I should review my way of thinking, and I would be happy if you could give me advice on how to think and act to improve marital relationships.
