I quit right away even though I became a full-time employee at 30 years old NEET

At age 30, I felt impatient with NEET for 7 years and started thinking about it, but I quit the company I joined as a full-time employee in a week.
Once I left this job, I couldn't go home for about 2 months.
If I think about it until now, I feel like my life has just been frustrated
High school graduation → college dropout (6 months) → factory full-time employee (1 day) → part-time job → specialty graduate → temporary full-time employee factory work (3 months) → 7 years NEET → full-time employee (1 week)
It's a terrible career.
I was wondering if the factory system wasn't right, but once I started working, I wanted to quit right away, and I ran away in the wrong direction. I think I have a habit of quitting.
For example, when I was working in a factory, I looked miserable and couldn't continue, and my first full-time job made me cry in the factory from day one.

I have 3 siblings and I'm the youngest child.
My older sister is married and has many children, and my older brother is also married and works as an office worker at a major company. Compared to that, I've never even had a girlfriend, and to be honest, I don't really understand my life why I was born.
I just feel blessed with my family environment and parents
I've never been in trouble with money, and my family is on good terms
Conversely, I feel like it spoils me living at my parents' house
After all, should we push ourselves into a situation where we will die if we don't work independently?
I don't want to blame my parents, and it is said that my mother starts there for the first time with her part-time job, but it's scary that if you're a freelancer at age 30, it's scary that you'll cheat from there.
I've quit the company three times, so I don't think working people are right for me in the first place, but I don't have any skills or qualifications to be able to eat for free, so I can't think of anything I want to do.

How should we live from now on?
Every day isn't fun, my emotions are unstable, and I'm unbearable.

Let's start by building physical strength

First, let's build basic physical strength by walking or jogging.
If you do that, you'll be less likely to get tired from work.
When you're less tired, you can feel pretty mentally well.
Conversely, if you don't have physical strength, you will be very tired and out of energy from day one at work, your head will be dazed, and you will feel negative.
Mind and body are like machines and parts.
Without proper maintenance, it will weaken.
No matter how much guts you have, it won't last long in a weak body.
Being in the sun to produce vitamin D is also important.
appending
Parents will eventually stop getting old.
If you gain the experience of being able to earn money little by little, I think you can work in times of emergency.
First, don't think about cool jobs or rewarding jobs; let's say if you get even the minimum wage, that's fine.
Start with a part-time job that even the elderly can do, and gradually get used to it.

Why don't you lower the hurdles drastically?

Aren't you suddenly raising the hurdles too much?

Let's say you sprained your leg by twisting it. The swelling has subsided and the pain has healed.

“Let's go up the mountain!”

You don't usually think about that, do you?

Even if I'm in the same position, if I suddenly jump into a job I'm not used to in an unfamiliar environment, I might quit in a week.

So why don't you start with a few hours of part-time work a day?

A job isn't just about the job description. The atmosphere at work, compatibility with people, and the way we work are important.

You seem to think you've only failed until now, but I don't think so.

I just experienced an “inappropriate environment.”

I'm only 30 years old in my life.

I understand the feeling of being impatient, but the more you try to get it back all at once, the more painful it becomes.

One step at a time is enough.

“What were you doing?”

If you ask me that,

“I was training for life.”

Wouldn't it be better to answer that with a laugh?

That training will never go to waste.

Please don't be in a hurry and let's get to work

I read it.
I read that you have quit your job and are very depressed. I don't know the details about you or the people around you, but it really conveys your painful feelings. I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
Well, once you start working, it's not easy to get used to it, so I think it's going to be mentally tough for a while. You're probably anxious, you're probably worried, and you'll think it's going to get difficult and it won't continue.
It's definitely something that many people feel, not just you. It's just the difference between putting it on the surface and putting it into action.
I quit my current job after a week, so I don't think I could have done that. It may be mentally difficult, but let's reset it firmly without pulling. Then, let's switch our minds and face the future firmly.
Let's do it little by little first. I think job hunting can be quite difficult, but let's try it out. Let's also go to Hello Work and register for various employment information before applying. Then let's try to get a job.
Don't be in a hurry, just calm down, get a job, and start working. No one can do it right from the start. So let's face the work one by one with the intention of practicing. I'm sure you'll get used to it little by little, and your relationships with people will also increase.
I sincerely pray that you will successfully get a job and do your best, and that you will be able to face your work, get used to it, and live a fulfilling life every day.
And I wholeheartedly support you.

What is the reason for that? The “experience” of working on it becomes a force

It makes me want to quit right away, doesn't it? I wonder what the reason is.
Is it the environment, the content, or is it limited by time etc...
If you understand the reason, you may be able to search for a place where it is easy to live.

The home seems to be cozy, and by having a safe and secure place, I think you can take on the challenge of facing outside over and over again.

Isn't it okay to cheat as a freelancer?
If you feel that the continuation is fun and rewarding, then what you aim for may come out in the future. Even if you don't have any skills or qualifications, the “experience” of working and continuing will help you.

Do you have emotional instability when it comes to working?
Does it happen in everyday life?
Let's think about it together in Hasunoha.
