I'm going to rely on AI
I'm a graduate student, and I'm worried that my procrastination habit is so bad that I have a habit of relying on AI to finish what I should write in my own words. If you look at past questions, you'll understand, but after suffering from depression for a long time, I was really happy that I was finally able to come to the right place for me, and I was playful and stunned for a few months after entering graduate school. I was obviously upset, and I spent hundreds of thousands in 2 months. I'm reflecting on this now, and I'm thinking of steadily repaying my parents.
I was also visiting things related to my field of research, but due to my habit of cramming up my schedule too much and then burnout, I ran out of time, and I felt like I was going to put it out even with AI rather than not putting it out, so I quickly used it.
I also write in my own words, but if I don't have too much time, I throw it all out.
Even though I've just entered and it's time to cultivate my strength, I tend to run away from steady effort, and once I've learned it, it's hard to get rid of it. It is also true that AI is excellent. I'm thinking of reviewing how to set up my schedule this month and training to write in my own words by sealing AI, but I'd like to receive scolding and encouragement about my future way of life and how to deal with my studies. It doesn't matter if it's strict.
Thank you for your support.
