Thank you for your consultation. I think your idea that the “minimum necessary conditions for living” are “study and labor” is very wonderful.
In Buddhism, there are eight practical methods for living peacefully (destroying suffering) called the “Eight Paths.” “Study,” which you value, overlaps with “proper devotion,” which means proper effort, and “labor” overlaps with “proper life,” which means a proper lifestyle. These are precious thoughts that form the foundation of life.
On the other hand, it can also be said that there is no absolute requirement “if I only have this.” This is because the world is “impermanent,” constantly changing, and humans are weak beings. Sometimes there will be times when efforts (self-help) such as studying or working cannot be made by any means. If you try to put everything into perfect practice, it will be rather painful.
In the Jodo Shinshu sect, we have the idea that we don't rely only on our own strength (self-power), but leave it up to Amida Nyorai's original power (other powers). This does not mean “you don't have to make an effort,” it means “I am grateful that I know my limitations and have been utilized by great power.”
Right now, please fully dedicate yourself to the “study and labor” you believe in. And if you get tired of trying so hard or seem to stop, remember, “It doesn't have to be perfect, I'm already being kept alive.” I support your steps.

Thank you for your question.
I don't think there are any conditions necessary to live.
We live because we can do something.
We live because we are useful to others.
We live because we are successful.
You don't have to put such conditions on your life.
We are simply given life and are living.
I don't even know why I was born.
But one thing is certain.
It means that one day this life will always come to an end.
In Buddhism, it is called “impermanent behavior.”
Everything changes, and nothing lasts forever.
I lost my dad three years ago, and I saw my mom last year.
I felt like life would continue like this for a long time, but I was keenly aware once again that life always has an end.
Even as a monk, I witness farewell to many people.
Every time I do that, I feel the preciousness of life and the loneliness of those left behind.
My dog also ran around energetically when he was a puppy.
Now I'm 13 years old, and every time I see them walk slowly, I realize that life is getting older little by little.
This is true for humans and animals alike.
All living things will grow old one day and eventually end their lives.
That's why today is an irreplaceable day.
Live to the fullest.
Survive.
I cherish the life I've been given.
Also, I want to walk day by day while being grateful to be kept alive in many relationships.
Be cheerful and happy.
Wouldn't that be a nice enough life?

Thank you for your question.
I think what you need in order to live is to take care of yourself. And I think it's about taking good care of people you have good relationships with.
It's about living a life where you take care of yourself and the people around you, heal both mentally and physically.
We have been blessed to live through various circumstances, and we have been blessed and kept alive by various things. I think it is necessary to be grateful for these things, and to help each other with care, compassion, respect, and help each other.
The time we have been given is limited, so I think it's very important to live while learning and growing to the extent possible.

Studying and working may also be necessary. It would be nice if I could wear whatever shape I think I need. That will help you survive.
Conditions necessary for living.
I think what I feel after living this far is “adaptability.”
Strength and knowledge are important. However, in a changing age, in a world where we don't know what will happen, people who can adapt to the situation will survive.
Of course, life experiences can add strength and knowledge. On top of that, I would like to improve my “adaptability.”
