is this God???

I'm not very good at writing, so excuse me for the bullet points.
It happened on December 31, 2025
* I've only had about 4 days off in the past 2 weeks, worked the day before 18:00 to 23:00 on a busy day at the end of the year, and worked from 6:00 to 21:00 with almost no sleep on the 31st
* My mind and body were limited and I wanted to be alone, so I took a walk for a long time without using my cell phone on the night of the end of the year
* The purpose of the walk was to check the house of my ex, whom I had been in a relationship with for 5 years, and to clear up the past
* I passed near Ishihama Shrine (Arakawa Ward) and visited the shrine even though I got lost at the end of the year
* While taking a walk, I couldn't see his face or voice, but I felt like I was having a conversation in my heart with someone like the god of foxes
* His presence was a friendly way of speaking like a younger brother
* They said, “People don't come until 24:00 (1/1), so I was free, and there happened to be an interesting person who was lost, so I followed him.”
* From the fox, “What are you going to do now?” I was asked, “I'm going to my ex's house from now on, but I'm uneasy, so I want them to follow me.”
* The fox didn't give orders or instructions, and it felt like they were walking together while saying positive words
* When I hear your name, they say “out of the question?” It sounded like, and I was calling him “Fox-sama”
* After that, while continuing the conversation with the fox, I headed to my ex's house
*The conversation included making promises to do God after death, getting his ex to listen to his story, and telling me good ways to commit suicide (advice that hanging is not painful) probably because he was sick
There were also stories that weren't very good
* As I got closer to my ex's house, I felt more stressed and wanted to run away than ever before
*At this time, I'm taking a selfie with confidence that God is next to me
* I arrived at my ex's house, and when I checked his mailbox, it looked like he was moving
* I confirmed that I was moving, accepted the fact that it had been abandoned, and my feelings were blown away
* After watching it, the existence of the fox disappeared naturally after having a little conversation
* The next day, I prayed and thanked the shrine closest to my house

After that happened, I hid the above information from the other day to someone who can see self-proclaimed spirits (because I don't know the truth or falsehood) and show them selfies from that time
I received advice that it is better to exterminate spirits because there are bad spirits in the picture
What scared me was that what was in the picture was said to be a woman who felt like she had hanged herself
Was that really God
I don't know how to take it

It is thought that it was something like a “hallucination” or “auditory hallucination”

Thank you for your consultation. I don't know the details about Shinto, but this time I'm going to answer from the standpoint of a Buddhist monk.

First of all, thank you so much for your hard work, which can be said to be the extreme state of the end of the year. I think you were over your limits that night when you had no time to rest, both mentally and physically, and tried to face the sorrows of the past.

In conclusion, it is thought that this strange experience was like a “hallucination” or “auditory hallucination” created by extreme fatigue and mental load. In Buddhism, demons, curses, or phenomena such as God speaking directly to you are treated as “superstitions.” This is because I think that all events in this world are due to the “law of luck,” which occurs when various causes and conditions are linked. Therefore, it is unthinkable that a fox would talk to you.

There is absolutely no need to believe the words “self-proclaimed person who can see spirits” or recommendations for exorcism.

Also, it is said that there were specific conversations about death and hanging, and this is proof that you have been mentally cornered to such an extent. Right now, what you need most is not exorcism, etc., but restoration of mental and physical health.

Please don't just embrace your own feelings, and go to a medical institution such as psychosomatic medicine once. Once your mind and body are fully rested, unnecessary fears should naturally disappear. Please take care of yourself by putting your own life and health first.

Well, there are strange things in the world. As a result, you're alive now, and you've cut your regrets about your ex-boyfriend and are living a new life, so I think it was great. I'm grateful to the fox.
However, what people who can see spirits say is suspicious, so I think it's better to ignore them and not meet them anymore. It makes me feel uneasy and I feel like I'm trying to make money.
Also, even though Japan is safe, walking alone at night is dangerous, so please avoid it as much as possible.
I wish you all the best.

Thank you so much for your kind words.
People who can see spirits don't want to make money, do they? That was very disrespectful. You should avoid talking about spirits with that person and deal with them as before.

I myself was inspired by the actions at that time. Let's take a positive view.

It was a strange experience, wasn't it? I'm glad I was able to settle my past with my ex. And what you felt was probably yourself, who pushed your back on your actions at that time.

Rather than looking back on the past, it is better to take a positive view of the future, and anxiety and fear will go away. It's fine. This is how you have a reliable relationship with us. It's standing firm now.

Would you like to visit Ishihama Shrine?

When a fool visits Machiyama Shoten-sama several times a month,
I will pass in front of Ishihama Shrine.

It is a truly divine palace located on the banks of the Sumida River, the old Okawa River.

The enshrined deities of Ishihama Shrine are Amaterasu Omikami and Toyouke Omikami.

At least, Uga no Mikami-sama,
It is not a shrine with so-called Inari as the enshrined deity.

So, the fact that “I felt a presence like a fox”
I don't think it's necessary to think about it in direct connection with Ishihama Shrine.

Rather, I hardly slept at that time,
It is said that they worked long hours and were close to the limit both mentally and physically.

Furthermore, in an attempt to put a break in the past with someone I've been in a relationship with for 5 years,
I was on my way to that house.

I think it's okay to first consider the possibility that it was your own hesitation, hesitation, or mental movement that occurred amid such extreme fatigue and tension.

Of course, a fool cannot determine “that was God” or “that was a spirit.”

However, don't follow words that recommend ways to take your own life, no matter what.

Also, I don't think we should be more afraid than necessary about being told that “bad spirits are in the picture.”

If you don't feel at ease, why don't you visit Ishihama Shrine again?

However, it's not to ask for anything.

“I was allowed to pass in front of the gods the other day. Thank you for staying safe until today.”

I think it's enough if you pray for God's kindness with that kind of feeling.

I'm not going to ask God for answers; I'm thanking him.

And I'll leave that night as that night.

Furthermore, please take good care of your current life, sleep, food, and mental and physical rest.

Above all else, don't overdo it.
