hasunoha

I can't get rid of my habit of procrastinating until the last minute.

It's a job that has a deadline, but I don't feel like working until it's almost due.
Every month, when the deadline approaches, I feel like I finish by going to work and overtime on holidays.
The amount of work is huge, so it's not like I'm skipping it, but I feel like I prioritize the work I want to do and put off things that have a due date until the last minute.
I haven't been diagnosed, but I think I have some kind of developmental disability.

Even in my life up until now, I've only been working on things when I'm at the last minute, but I haven't made any major mistakes.
By accumulating negative successful experiences, I think they have acquired the idea that “eventually, something will work out.”

Every morning when I work, I think “I can't do this, I have to correct my life,” but after about a few hours, I get discouraged and become interested in other jobs.
As a result of being driven in, I'm taking my work home today, but I just opened Hasunoha like this and asked questions...

I received the homecoming ceremony, so live a proper life while taking care of the Buddhist relationship! Even though I thought so, the reality wasn't good at all.
How can we break the habit of putting things off?

For now, 10 minutes

For work or homework you don't feel comfortable with, it may be effective to “just try it for 10 minutes for now.”
There is a possibility that you can get an image of the overall work time and effort by trying even just a little bit.
Also, if you think it's only 10 minutes and try it, you may feel better and be able to do more.
Above all, only about 10 minutes is a time that goes by as soon as there are a few visitors or looking at e-mails, so it doesn't hurt even if about 10 minutes are wasted.
Please try “10 minutes for now” once.

How about you?

I read it.
I read your concerns. I understand your feelings from the bottom of my heart.
I don't know the details about you, but I've managed to do something with it until now, so it may not be easy to get rid of that personality, habit, or habit.
If that makes it work, maybe that's fine too.
Everyone has different ways of doing things and ways of thinking, and it's okay for each person to have their own way of life.
Conversely, it may be difficult to make changes if excessive failure or irrevocable things don't happen by doing so.
Recently, I've stopped leading sloppy jobs, but when I was a salaryman, my work didn't get along easily, and I often ended up working overtime all the time. However, there were times when things didn't go well in quick succession from one mistake, and it fell into a desperate state, causing trouble to many people. I don't have a relationship with that company or job anymore, but I began to change my mind after such a big mistake.
How about you?
Please take a close look at it for the future ahead.
I will support you from the bottom of my heart. We wholeheartedly agree

A manga artist somewhere said it. “What is good to do tomorrow do tomorrow”
After you've done what you need to do today, I think it's a good idea to do what you want to do today that you can only do today. Humans don't know when they're going to die.
Nonetheless, if you are late, it may be a good idea to set your own due date a little before the original due date, which will cause trouble to others.
I think being able to do something about it is the result of years of experience. I don't think it's a bad thing or embarrassment.
However, it might not be good to wait home for work.
Also, drink alcohol in moderation.

Task management and rewards. Don't overdo it, just do “this far for today.”

Oh, take it home and are you at work? Thank you for your hard work.
Hasunoha is a bit of a break, isn't it? You need that too.

The idea that “eventually something will work out” is also a no-brainer. I also need a sense of being able to do something, but I'm always just impatient, right? If possible, I'd like to move forward with plenty of time.

Prioritizing the work you want to do increases your motivation and I think it's good, but if you put off something that has a due date... you have to cry over that situation yourself.

If you manage to do something, you have the power to do it! That's it.

How about a reward system? I'll tell you how I'm doing it.
First, write down what needs to be done in the schedule book. The deadline and the time it will take to complete (my own pace of work). Then, as if filling in a puzzle, the content to be worked on is divided and recorded on a schedule. All that's left to do is run it. Don't overdo it, just do “this far for today.”

Then, you'll be rewarded for going according to plan. In my case, I eat sweets, extend my game time, and get lazy. This is included as a reward. However, since we are only proceeding with our efforts little by little every day, it is possible to be lazy every day.

In other words, make a plan and work through your daily routine steadily. Don't overdo it. Not trying too hard.

This is task management. Write it out and make a plan. After that, proceed exactly as it is.
Let's get into this habit. If you do that, you'll also be able to get free time and laid-back time.
