It's painful and very painful.

I celebrated my birthday today (9/5), and now I'm 32 years old.
It has become difficult to live.
My direct supervisor at the company where I work as a temporary employee told me, “The number of cases taken has decreased from last year, and even though they are doing the same job, I can only think that they are skipping it.” It was added, “We are only 70% better than last year, so please do your best to get as much as last year.” Their hard work wasn't appreciated, and they went to work without taking a break to study the job description.
Moreover, there are cranky employees in the current department who are not good at it, and they only greet people they like. I also said in the past, “Lower your voice and speak!” I was yelled at, and from there, I was careful not to speak out loud when that employee was there. Even when I say hello, they ignore me, and I'm talking to my favorite female employee in a loud voice when I point it out to others.
I couldn't stand it, and the temporary staffing agency pointed it out as an environmental improvement, but nothing changed.
When I go to work every day, my breath becomes difficult and my body feels strong.
When I was 28, I went to a psychiatrist and took stabilizers after becoming depressed and had an adjustment disorder. However, I didn't want to be dependent on bulky medicine for medical expenses, so now I'm putting up with it without taking it. I've been at the meeting for 1 year now, and I'm mentally exhausted every day and I feel so overwhelmed that I can't do anything at home.
It's painful not only at work, but also at home because I can't rest my mind.
At age 28, I became depressed and couldn't work, so I'm living at my parents' house.
It can't be helped that life with my mother who is tingling, and my older sister, who doesn't do housework but is mentally unwell, is difficult.
My mother is over 60, and as long as I'm at home, I have to help with housework etc. It's tough to feel my mother's aura and words too much due to the pain of being told “I'm a good age and don't do anything” and “everyone is already living alone or at the age where they are mothers.” Neither my sister nor my sister help with the housework. I stayed in my room and only said and did what I liked... The convenience of family errands is also imposed.

Even if I want to be alone, I don't have a room, and even if I get used to it, it's a common area, so I can't calm down because someone comes in and out.

My goal is to live alone. However, even after reviewing my money, things didn't go well, and I'm impatient. Even if I want to change jobs, I'm afraid that my mom will quit again.
I'm already exhausted from feeling down, and I want to go away and feel better.
What should I do... It's painful.

Thank you for your consultation. On the day of your birthday, your heart was so exhausted that you couldn't help but write “it's hard to live.”

At work, I go to work without taking a break, and I also study the job description. Even so, if they say “I can only think of it as skipping out,” I think I'll feel like my hard work up until now has been denied. The situation does not change even if you worry about employees you are not good at and seek improvements through temporary staffing agencies. Even when I get home, I don't have a place where I can feel safe alone, and I worry about housework and family. You've been able to continue your days of not having a place to rest your mind at work or at home for a year. If you're in such a situation, I don't think it's unreasonable to feel “I'm already tired.”

It is said that she previously went to a psychiatrist due to depression and adjustment disorder. I also understand your anxiety about medicine and the feeling of being burdened with medical expenses. Even so, shortness of breath and strong tension continue, and now that I think “I want to go away,” I would like you to rely on your attending physician, psychiatrist/psychosomatic medicine again. You can also discuss medications. If it's so hard right now that you're about to hurt yourself, please don't take it alone and connect to someone close to you or an emergency.

Buddhism explains that life “doesn't go the way you want it to.” But that doesn't mean “keep quiet and endure pain.” I think admitting that difficult times are painful and borrowing the help of others is also an important choice for living.

If your mother says, “Are you quitting again?” “Everyone lives alone or is an age where they are mothers,” you'll get impatient, right? However, each person walks at a different speed and circumstances.

I became mentally ill at the age of 28, but even so, I started working again, and I spent a year at my current job. During that time, they've probably stepped on many times. So right now, instead of “trying harder,” think about “not making yourself suffer any more.”

I don't think the scenery you see right now is everything in your life. I don't think it's okay if you don't draw a conclusion about your life right away. Right now, I don't think I need to do anything about living alone, changing jobs, or saving money right now.

The first thing to do is surpass today. Then, after resting your mind for a while, I think it would be good to think about the next step.

Please take care of yourself

I read it.
I read that you are having a very hard time. You're having a very hard time being demanded and are being harassed by power even at work. You're having a very hard time not taking a break at home, aren't you? I don't know the details of you or your surroundings, but I understand your painful feelings from the bottom of my heart.

After all, let's clearly tell the dispatching company about the situation at work and ask for improvements. The first thing is that you can work with peace of mind. If there is no improvement, let's tell the temporary staffing agency and ask them to change the place of dispatch. Or let's appeal that there was such power harassment and ask for an apology from the dispatched destination.
In any case, the company you were dispatched to is a place where such power harassment is rampant, so it's a bad relationship for you. Let's get rid of bad relationships.

Also, please take good rest and take good care of yourself. Please be sure to tell your doctor and counselor about your thoughts. And please recover.

Then, let's look for a place where you can work with peace of mind. I sincerely pray that you will be able to earn a solid salary and be independent without work, and that you will be able to live every day to the fullest.
And I wholeheartedly support you.

Happy birthday

First of all, happy birthday.
I hope it will be a good year.
Well, there was someone who was a senior at the company I used to work for and became “depressed,” and that person's movements were slow, as if in slow motion.
When you become depressed, it seems that the speed of work slows down and careless mistakes increase without even noticing it yourself.
In other words, the cause of your poor work performance is not due to your lack of effort or lack of talent, but there is a possibility that it is due to poor physical condition of your brain and nerves.
If it's because of an illness, it's not your fault.
But if you don't go to the hospital even though you are suspected of being sick, that could mean that you are wrong too.
So, how about resuming consultations with medical institutions etc. just in case?
There are quite a few people who say “I stopped going to the hospital because it didn't get better even if I went to the hospital,” but there is also a possibility that the worsening was stopped thanks to going to the hospital, so it would be better for patients to stop treatment on their own.
A great baseball manager named coach Nomura was told, “There is a strange win when you win, and when you lose, there is no strange loss.”
There may be a reason why things don't go well at work, so there's no need to blame yourself on the dark clouds, but it might be better to do something different than before.

Let's draw the future. Your environment isn't limited to the present

It takes your breath away, doesn't it? Everyone is asking too much of you, right? He's alive and well, and he's doing his best. It's coming through. that's great~

Even so, people look at their partner with the values they see from that person. That's why they put pressure on you, saying “your results are better than last year...” and “people in the world...”

Well, since it's a job, it may be judged by numbers, but I want my boss to be a little more careful about how I say it. It's terrible to say that you're unmotivated. that's sad.
It means that there are also employees who feel cranky. It makes me think inwardly (don't swing around in a mood), doesn't it? That kind of attitude makes the work environment uncomfortable, doesn't it?

Thank you for your hard work every day. If your parents say a lot of things at home without knowing about your hardships, you'll get sick of it, right? You want your own time and your own place to rest, right?

I'm so exhausted that I want to disappear and feel better. I want you to relax in a space where you can relax and unload your heavy burdens.
You also need someone who understands, a space where you can speak, and you also need to vent your complaints.

The goal is to live alone. Let's envision the future while having such hopes, such as searching for a cheap property that will serve as a safe base. That's because your environment isn't limited to the present.

Hasunoha is also one of your places. Please come back anytime. Let's talk about it this way.

Congratulations on your birthday.
I'm happy to have met you this way.
I commend you for your hard work.
