About the existence of spirits

I don't feel like I'm a particularly inspirational person. I hope you can respond to recent frightening events.
My house is a 6 square meter studio where I sleep, wake up, and live everything else. The kitchen is also about 6 square meters. This is the 4th floor of an apartment complex. When I wake up in the middle of the night, there is a clear sign of people flustering in the kitchen. It also makes a loud noise. I think I can solve something by opening the door on the boundary between the room and kitchen, but I'm too scared to do it. I've experienced it a few times, and I'm so scared that I'm stuck.
There is my parents' Buddhist altar in the room. I'm in a state where I put my hands on the Buddhist altar before going to bed and ask that spirits don't come out.
The person upstairs is old and doesn't make noise in the middle of the night.
Can we make the spirits disappear?
Also, what should I do about it?

Let's face up to the will of God who fears spirits

Spirits have continued to be taken up until now, and new consultations will surely be received in the future. It means there isn't an answer that everyone can understand or be satisfied with.
It seems that the way they are perceived is also different depending on each sect of Buddhism. ... so I'll just say it from the standpoint of the Jodo Shinshu sect.
It means there are signs of people and sounds in the kitchen late at night... from here on, the judgment is already divided. As a matter of fact, something is there, and I wonder if it's making noise...
Of course, you're saying this is an unmistakable fact. However, it is impossible to determine whether it is true or not without taking methods such as having others experience it.
Also, in fact, whether there is something scientifically present or whether it makes a noise is actually not important; the important thing is that you “feel that way.” That means it's true for you.
Why are you afraid of spirits? Are there any passages you can think of? Also, is there a reason why you wake up or stay awake late at night? Do you have any serious concerns about your physical condition?
Actually, I sometimes hear stories about people who are not spirits, but people who concentrate on recovering their own physical condition, and that such spiritual things have stopped appearing. How about it? Do you have any concerns about your mental and physical health?
Furthermore, the founder of Buddhism, Shakyamuni, did not explain the existence of “spirits.” In other words, I'm not saying that there are spirits or not. That's why monks can't say “spirits exist” or “there are no spirits.” In other words, for Shakyamuni, his stance was that “the soul has nothing to do with it” in solving his own worries and suffering (= Satori). Please enjoy that point, and once again face the desire to fear your own spirit.
Also, if another spirit appears, please feel free to contact Hasunoha. Many monks have answered from a different point of view...
P.S.... The only thing you can get from “Exorcism and Sutra” is “temporary, unfounded peace of mind.” At least that's what I would say about this question from you.

Why don't you talk to a psychic!

Hello, Barbacchi-san. It would be quite difficult to solve this problem even if you ask the boy. I don't have a strong sense of inspiration either, but there are similar things at my temple, and I often hear such strange stories from believers when relatives die. I think it's like that, so I try not to worry about it. I've heard that once you start reciting the Heart Sutra, it doesn't come up, etc., but if you're really concerned, why not talk to a psychic?

Before deciding it's a spirit!

My mother (who has already passed away) was, in a sense, a psychic. I was able to transfer the spirits of those who died to my own body, and we were able to have conversations. That seems to have solved the problem as well.
I grew up taking that scene for granted, so I took it for granted.
However, for those who don't believe it, it's not of interest, and it seems like such a mother was treated as a freak.

It is said that this consultation is about wanting spirits to disappear, but first, the cause of the noise is whether spirits are really the work of spirits. As the monks mentioned above also said, without finding out the cause and having a spirit from the beginning, the problem cannot be solved.

If it were the work of a spirit, it would be sending you some kind of message. I don't think spirits will get involved with you without meaning.
The invisible world is a very sensitive issue, so I can't talk much about it, but first, don't be afraid and check the scene where you actually hear the sound.

Fear is further increased by fear of not being able to see the other person.
But don't worry if you haven't done anything wrong.
Also, since they are praying at a Buddhist altar, please believe in your own prayers.
First, not deciding that it's a spirit may be one solution.

If a sound is being made, is it a physical phenomenon

For example, wind may hit the ventilation fan from outside, or there may be a crackling sound even when the refrigerator is operating.
Even if it's the sound of a ventilation fan, there is a possibility that a spirit is moving the ventilation fan,
If I had to say that, it might be because of the rain, because of spirits, that summer is hot, because of spirits, and because of spirits that I want to go pee.
However, even if it's because of spirits or not, when it rains, there is no choice but to hold up an umbrella.
First, determine the physical cause that is causing the noise.
Whether it's the spirit's fault or not, it may be possible to do something about the object that causes the sound.
Exorcism may also be one method, but in Buddhism, people often make offerings (entertain) spirits rather than dislike spirits.
